EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
SINGER/SONGWRITER
Lisa Paterson
When she first heard “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” as a child, Lisa knew music was a part of her soul. She has in fact been writing songs and recording in her own studio since she was 18. From kids to animals, Lisa has dedicated herself to being of service for causes close to her heart. While in college she coordinated with a local church to start a program for placed at-risk children out of her home. She provided a safe haven offering shelter, food, tutoring and guidance. It was during this time that she first introduced music and singing as a positive outlet for the children to express their feelings. She found this to be a very successful approach for the kids to safely express their pain, fears, hopes and dreams. She went on to establish her first foundation in 2005 called “Love and Creation Rescue” saving animals from shelters . In 1998, she conceived the original concept for Musicfuel with her brother Steve Schimmel, 13th team member for Google. Today, aside from her love and dedication to her own two beautiful children Ethan and Siena, her main focus is to bring all of her knowledge, experience and passion to the Musicfuel Foundation. Designing programs for youth to self express and self-empower through music and the arts, while partnering with amazing people who share in her vision.

13TH EMPLOYEE AT GOOGLE
Steve Schimmel
Steve was Google’s 13th employee and founding business team member. Steve joined Google (current value of $2 Trillion) as a pre-funded startup with no revenue in 1999. At Google, he negotiated key business deals, headed its external technology licensing and external technology evaluation teams, and was on the design team for the company’s advertising program, which earned $150 Billion in revenue in 2020. He also founded and was president of the company’s wine club. Prior to Google, Steve was in strategic development and acquisitions at Netscape Communications (the company that invented the web browser) where he created the methodology and developed financial models for the company’s internet deals; the first of such deals in the industry. Steve started his career as a technology stock analyst in San Francisco after graduating Magna Cum Laude and Dean’s List with an interdisciplinary major in Finance and Investments from Babson College. After leaving Google, Steve became an angel investor, developed business plans, and advised start-up entrepreneurs. Steve has also studied winemaking with U.C. Davis, vinified and blended multiple varieties of wines, and earned a level one sake specialist designation from the Sake Educational Council of Japan.

DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE AT
INFINITUM-NIHIL
Bobby Deleon
Bobby Deleon grew up on the south side of Chicago. He was a kid with big dreams, and knew from the age of five that he wanted to be in the entertainment business. Quite naturally, at Columbia College he majored in television production, with his eye on producing. As a testament to his producing abilities, he took the College Soap Opera, “Behind The Screen” from a viewing audience of 250,000 to a Nationally syndicated audience of 7 million by the time he left Columbia. After graduating, Bobby moved to Los Angeles and studied film at UCLA. To put himself through school he worked at the world famous Viper room in West Hollywood, where he quickly became one of the managers. During his years at UCLA and The Viper Room, Bobby made several influential contacts in the entertainment industry. Bobby is currently a film and TV Development Executive at Johnny Depp’s Production Company, Infinitum Nihil. Bobby’s interest in the “industry” is in looking at the possible verticals in the “business”. This has led him to partner with another one of our board members, Steven Schimmel, in creative, forward thinking business ventures.
